All orders over $500 require a written P.O. mailed, faxed, or emailed to Sterogene Bioseparations.
Your P.O. should indicate the following items:
1.) Product Code, Product Name, Volume, and Quantity
2.) Product pricing as per current Sterogene price
3.) Purchaser’s name, phone number, and email address
4.) Ship-to and Bill-to address with appropriate “attention-to” names and phone numbers
5.) Indication that you agree to FOB Carlsbad shipping, Net 30 terms
Shipping, product availability, and lead times:
Sterogene ships using a variety of shipping carriers, but since chromatography resins are perishable, Sterogene uses 2-day shipping or less for US-shipments and fastest available for international shipments. Many products are available upon order, but some are manufactured just in time to ensure maximum shelf life. Please inquire for product availability and lead time. Typically lead times for products made just in time are 1-4 weeks, but we try to keep it less than 2 weeks.
A note about product codes:
All Sterogene products have a root part number, or catalog number. For instance, Protein A Ultraflow has a Root catalog number of 37656 (as listed in the catalog). We also have two digit alphanumeric size codes that follow the root number. For instance 37656-13 refers to 50ml of resin slurry while 37656-PP corresponds to a 9ml prepacked column of Protein A Ultraflow. Most of our resins follow the following size codes:
[Root #] -PS = 1.5ml prepacked column
[Root #] -P2 = 5ml prepacked column
[Root #] -PP = 9ml prepacked column
[Root #] -13 = 50ml resin slurry (no column)
[Root #] -14 = 500ml (300ml for all Chelating Resins and most Cellthru BigBeads)
[Root #] -01 = 1L
Sterogene can make single batches of up to 1000L with the same cGMP quality and precision with which we make all of our chromatography resins. Contact us for more details.
