ActiClean Etox
ActiClean Etox efficiently removes endotoxins from water, buffers, cell culture media and protein solutions including plasma proteins such as albumin, factor VIII, factor IX, IVIG with minimal non-specific binding. The immobilized ligand is non-toxic and leaching is negligible. ActiClean Etox is easily regenerated for re-use. There is a Drug Master File available with the FDA.

DNA Etox

Chelating Resins
IMAC resins can be used for the capture of His-tagged proteins and IgG antibodies that also possess histidine clusters capable of being bound by immobilized metals. IMAC conditions for binding and elution can be optimized for particular samples to provide gentle and reliable antibody purification. Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC) is used in the production of several plasma proteins, such as Factors IX and X, alpha1-proteinase inhibitor as well as C1 Inhibitor. The resins are stable in 0.5M NaOH, chaotropes like 6M guanidine HCl or 8M urea, and some organic solvents.
Chelating Superflow resins feature high flow rates, can be cleaned and recharged, and industrial process-ready. The resins can be charged with any metal.

IDA Chelating Superflow
IDA Chelating  Superflow is a highly crosslinked IMAC resin that does not compress at flow rates used for medium- to large-scale purifications (linear flow rates up to 1200cm/hour). The resin is compatible with a variety of chemicals and pH values and with common clean-in-place procedures. The resin is stable through multiple cycles of cleaning and reuse. Recommended for purification of polyhistidine tagged proteins.

IDA Chelating CellthruTM BigBead

Heparin Resins
Heparin affinity chromatography is used in the manufacture of several plasma factors, such as Factor VIII, IX, vWF and ATIII.  Heparin Actigel has been used in the fractionation of plasma products for the manufacture of licensed therapeutic proteins for many years.  The resins are stable in 0.5M NaOH, 6M guanidine HCl, 8M urea, and some organic solvents.  Drug Master Files have been filed with the FDA.

Heparin Actigel
Heparin Actigel utilizes a USP grade porcine heparin ligand for plasma fractionation at low pressures and flow rates. The resin has negligible ligand leaching, and is readily sanitized with sodium hydroxide.

Heparin Superflow

Dextran Sulfate Resins

Benzamidine Resin
Benzamidine Superflow features a p-aminobenzamidine ligand, an  inhibitor of trypsin-like serine proteases, covalently attached to a 6% agarose support resin. Trypsin and trypsin-like serine proteases bind to Benzamidine  allowing for purification and/ or removal of these proteins.
